Slow Recovery Continues
Even as the economic recovery continued in the second quarter, most agreed the positive moves were slower than earlier in the year. Locally things stayed pretty much the same in the capital region. We are protected largely by the government, health and higher education sectors. These sectors are effected by any economic downturn, but not nearly as much as manufacturing or other service providing sectors.
