Sales & Marketing Council

The Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) is comprised of sales and marketing professionals in the home building industry. The SMC is dedicated to developing a higher level of professionalism in the general membership through education and the interchange of ideas. The SMC was established to enhance the sales and marketing capabilities and reputation of those who represent the HBA; and is committed to education, programs, membership and community service.

What can SMC do for me?
